IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Parents - Teacher Meet

In order to establish a healthy selectionship between the school and the parents and to give the parents first hand information about his/her ward a parent teacher meet in held at the end of every terminals and also is between the terms.

Uniform

Parents of day scholars will have to ensure that their child comes to the school on time and uniform correctly in school and PT uniform as mentioned, failing which the child will be sent home Boys must have well trimmed hair. Girls having their hair in plait must wear ribbons of the prescribed colour. Hair bands, if used should be black. No ornaments will be permitted in the school Uniform will be provided from the prescribed shop.

GENERAL RULES

• All fees are payable in advance.
• Tuition and vehicle fees are payable for per month.
• No reduction is made for occasional absence during the year as a result of sickness of nay other cause.
• No fees are refundable except for the security deposit when a student leaves or withdraw.
• Payment may be made through bank draft payable to the director, St. Annie Besant Public School, Morangi, Hazaribag (Cheque will not be accepted).
• One feel calenders months notice in writing or withdrawal must be sent to the principal else fee will be charged for the month for the notice period 2 months.
• All pocket money must be sent through the school office and not responsible for loss of money if in student possession.

Guidelines For Parents

Do's

• Please care the school diary to communicate with the class teacher and check regularly the diary for Home-Work, Class work and any other information since by the teachers.
• Please check and sign the weekly couples and monthly Test Copies.
• Please ensure that your ward Comes to school regularly and is punctual No absence will be permitted without a leave application late comes will be allowed to sit in the class.
• Please make sure that both parents attend the parent teacher meet.

Don't

• Please do not walk in to the classrooms and talk to teacher when the classes are on.
• Please do not send you ward if they are suffering from any infection disease.
• Please do not send money or any valuable articles with the students.
• Please do not insist to meet your ward when is not visiting day.
• Please do not allowed to bring mobile phones to school to your childs.

THE MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION IS ENGLISH AND STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH
